Oknoplast - matte veneers

Development and implementation of product animation

We specialize in creating animations that not only attract attention but also educate and inspire. Our recent collaboration with Oknoplast, a leader in window production, resulted in a project aimed at educating the market about their innovative product - matte veneers. This is a line of matte window layers available in seven stunning colors, introducing a new quality in PVC window aesthetics.

Our task was to create a campaign concept that not only highlights the unique features and benefits of matte veneers but also instructs consumers and professionals such as architects on the arrangement possibilities these products offer. In achieving this goal, we focused on developing visual materials that emphasize the matte finish and aesthetics of the films, while maintaining a high level of functionality and durability they offer.

Scope of work:

  • Concept and production of fully computer-generated animation

  • Reproduction of materials based on physical samples

  • Space design

  • Creating realistic CGI images

Oknoplast matte veneers represent a new generation of window films that combines advanced technology with exceptional aesthetic values. It is a product that meets the needs of the modern market, offering customers not only beauty and style but also unparalleled durability and ease of use.

Available in a palette of seven stunning colors, they are a dream for anyone who wants to bring a touch of refined style to their space without sacrificing practicality. It's more than just a film; it's a promise of durability and style.

Our main task was to create a campaign concept that not only highlights the unique properties and advantages of matte veneers but also increases consumer and professional awareness of the arrangement possibilities these products offer. In achieving this goal, we focused on developing visual materials that showcase their matte finish and aesthetics, while maintaining a message that emphasizes their high functionality and durability.

We decided to present the films in an abstract way, avoiding typical technicalities. We focused on visualizing the matte quality of the product, the difference in tactile sensations compared to traditional PVC windows, and the rich color palette. The entire presentation was designed to attract attention on social media and other digital platforms.

This is the perfect solution for those who value both aesthetics and functionality. This technology finds application in various architectural projects, from modern to classic, giving each space an individual character.

Simulations played a key role in the technical aspect of the project, allowing not only for a realistic representation of the matte films but also for simulating their interaction with the environment.

Experimenting with various lighting scenarios, both natural and artificial, was essential to show the dynamics of matte films in different contexts. One of the most intriguing aspects was the detailed study of how matte surfaces react to light. By manipulating lighting scenarios, we were able to precisely show how different angles of light incidence and its intensity affect the perception of matte. These simulations allowed for the visualization of subtle nuances, such as delicate light reflections that emphasize the depth of colors and textures of the films, while maintaining their natural, matte appearance. This detailed understanding of interaction with light was essential to present the films as a high-quality product that can change the character of a space thanks to its unique properties.

The essence of this project lay in the ability to transform physical properties into an eye-catching digital narrative.

The first step was to thoroughly familiarize ourselves with the product. We did not limit ourselves to analyzing the provided samples but also conducted a series of discussions with the client to understand not only the physical characteristics of the films but also the philosophy behind the product. Then, we used various modeling techniques to create visualizations that both replicated the texture and color of the films and conveyed the sensation of touch and the depth of the matte finish. Work on light and shadow was key here to highlight the unique features of matte surfaces, which required not only technical knowledge but also an artistic sense.

The project for the Oknoplast brand allowed us to delve into the world of matte layers, which combine advanced technology with aesthetics. It was a unique opportunity to show how modern solutions can change the perception and functionality of space while maintaining high aesthetic value. Our work on the animation allowed us to cross the boundaries of ordinary technical descriptions, creating an accessible, engaging, and above all, beautiful visual narrative that reflects the spirit of innovation and aesthetic beauty of the product.

Furthermore, the expansion of this line along with promotional materials to international markets not only confirms the quality and universality of our work but also reminds us of the power of visual communication, which can speak to people worldwide, regardless of language and cultural barriers. The fact that our visualizations are appreciated globally is a huge source of pride and motivation for Epilogue to continue exploring innovative ways to present products and ideas. It's tangible proof that a well-designed and executed visual narrative has the power to cross borders and unite people around common aesthetic and functional values.
